After exhausting all aforementioned options for resolution, if the client is not satisfied, they can initiate dispute resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution Portal (ODR).

Investors are advised to refer to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, titled ‘Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market,’ and any subsequent amendments thereto.
